Help & support

Why is no reset scheduled?

No pending public reset window is currently available. Tibo Reset never invents a future reset.

How does the countdown work?

Before an announced window it counts down to the start; during a window it counts down to the end. A timer reaching zero does not confirm that your account has reset.

How often does it update?

The app refreshes every five minutes while open. Pull down to request an update, subject to the same cooldown. There are no background alerts.

Offline access

The last downloaded feed stays on your device. Its timestamp helps you judge freshness. When the service is unreachable, saved information may be out of date.
